Supporting your producers with emissions reporting: how the Ruminati Partner Network works
Written by Ruminati Team on April 15, 2026
Producers across Australia are increasingly being asked for emissions data by their banks, processors and supply chain partners. For many, the challenge isn't motivation, it's time and knowing where to start. That's where the people already working alongside those producers can make a real difference.
The Ruminati Partner Network is designed for exactly that. Agronomists, accountants, bookkeepers, farm consultants, Landcare groups, NRM groups, farmer collectives and producer organisations can all register as service providers- meaning they can set up, support and manage emissions reports on behalf of their producer clients, with the client's permission and full transparency over who can see what.
A growing number of organisations are already registered, including Boyce Accountants, Bentleys, Agrista, Carbon Stock, Elders, Landcare Agriculture, Rabobank and CommBank: a mix of financial institutions, consultancies and extension organisations that reflects the range of ways producers get support in practice.
Here's how it works. Once registered, your organisation gets its own dashboard showing all the clients connected to your account. From there you can see which reports have been started, which are complete, and where action is needed (all in one place!) You can assign different team members to different clients, with tiered permissions that control exactly what each person can view, create or edit. A bookkeeper might be set up to complete and edit reports but not manage client relationships. A senior adviser might have full access across the client book. The structure is flexible enough to fit how your organisation actually works.
Adding a new client is straightforward. You enter their details, and they receive an invitation to join Ruminati PRIME. From there, they set the level of access they want to grant you- they stay in control of their data throughout. If you already have the information you need on file, you can also start building a report on their behalf before they've even logged in, which is particularly useful for clients who are time-poor or less confident with digital tools.
For organisations running workshops or extension programs, the service provider dashboard also makes it easy to track progress across a whole group of producers simultaneously: useful for demonstrating collective engagement to funders or supply chain partners.
